Because of shortage of nurses in recent years, how to provide a good practical training environment for nursing students needs to be considered. We construct two indexes based on past study of internship factors and questionnaires assessed by professionals by using DHP. We use antithesis comparison, AHP and consistent comparison test. The results of clinical practical training environment indicate three categories: practical training environment, supervisor and clinical nursing staff. The highest weighted score is nursing staff 0.440, supervisor 0.350, and practical training sites 0.210. The important indexes of the three categories by using antithesis comparison are providing an appropriate practical training environment for nursing students (0.311), the interaction between supervisor and practical training institution (0.459) and clinical teaching agreement (0.458). Of the three different teaching styles and relative comparison of clinical practical training environment, the best teaching model is combination of clinical counselors and external assigned clinical instructors and the least is gathers hired system. To install clinical counselors can improve the relationship between hospitals and academic system in order to create the best teaching environment and practical training and reduce maladjustment of nursing students.
