When entering the global medical service era, most private hospitals not only comply with national accreditation requirements but also got the approval from the international medical accreditations in order to win the trust from the foreign patients and insurance companies. Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA) is considered as the gold standard for international medical facility credentialing and is favored by most of private hospitals in Taiwan. The study focuses on the hospital staff’s confidence level on the JCIA standard and evaluates the JCIA according to the feedback from hospital staff. The study used T test statistic and ANOVA statistic combined with Scheffe’s method to analyze the confidence level and reliability of JCI accreditation among administration management team, medical team and nursing team in hospital. The research results indicate the medical and nursing teams have the lower confidence level on the JCI accreditation system according to the survey. Compared to medical and nursing team, administration management team has higher confidence and feedback on the JCI accreditation system. In conclusion, the study shows overall hospital staff,s confidence on JCI accreditation is not significant. Shang-Pao Yeh Hong-Ching Hsiao 葉上葆 蕭宏金 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 60 zh-TW
