| Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 財務金融學系碩士班 === 99 === Because of the impact of the financial crisis over the past years, global economic prosperity is now facing huge challenges. This study therefore aims to explore the present financial status of the Export Processing Zone (EPZ), under the Ministry of Economic Affairs. The categories include: 1. a lack of cash flow in the operation fund is expected in the future; the operation fund mainly comes from the administration charge; 2. the current administration charge is deducted from the turnover, which seems to be unfair to many enterprises; and 3. in compliance with the governmental policy, the green energy industry is actively promoted. As a result, according to the prevalent administration charge, seven fine-tuning mechanisms were proposed in order to perfect the related system.
The empirical data show that the following suggestions for increasing the administration charge were raised. While slowing the increase of administration charges. Finally, in compliance with the governmental policy.
