Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 工業工程與管理學系碩士在職專班 === 99 === The MND started to recruit female specialized officers and NCOs since 1991 to supply the sources of troops because of the lack of the male. However, more than 90% are males so the females are relatively the disadvantaged group. So what should they do to make themselves be satisfied no matter in family or job even though the four phase “marriage”, “pregnancy”, “childbirth” and “bring up a baby”.By documents discussion , we categorize the factors can affect the development of career , and then buildup 4 levels 12 factors and finally the promotion key factors using the analytic hierarchy process. The main results of this research were as follows: 1. The “Individual level” has highest percentage. 2. The most important is “House-care” (40.8%), the following are “Pregnant-give birth”, “Family role”, “Prejudice” and “Attitude of spouse”. According to the conclusion, this research suggests the female must to get the whole support of your family and face your family and job with positive attitude and use the “Right system” in military to improve your value and go smoothly. In another, the MND should continue to push the policy of sexual relations and help the female to solve the problem about promotion, redeploy, environment and security in order to get more outstanding females to serve in the military of our country.
