| Summary: | 碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 國際企業學系碩士班 === 99 === Taiwan has entered the multi-group and multi-culture era. We have to face this objective fact. To solve these social problems brought by new immigrants, this research would like to discuss immigration policy, management and counseling measures, hoping to understand the life's difficulties of new immigrants. Based on the above, this research offers the following five recommendations for the government future policies of foreign and mainland spouses:
First, ease rules on naturalization of the foreign professionals.
Second, add the welfare information channels.
Third, enhance the efficiency of counseling funds of foreign spouses.
Fourth, produce multilingual teaching channels by television.
Fifth, channel the new Immigration consulting service.
