The domestic standards related to ADR are the system of CNS 15030 for chemicals classification and labeling. The system of CNS 15030 contains from CNS 15030-1 to CNS 15030-26. In this analysis, the scope, definition, and the classification in the ADR part 1 and part 2 are compared with that in the system of CNS 15030. The scopes of ADR part 1 describe the dangerous goods which are barred from international carriage and dangerous goods which are authorized for international carriage and the conditions with regard to classification of goods, use of packages, use of tank , consignment procedures and use of means of transport. The classes of dangerous goods according to ADR part 2 are explosive substances and articles, gases, flammable liquids, flammable solid, substances, radioactive materials and corrosive substances. Each entry in the different classes has been assigned a UN number. The results found that the system of CNS 15030 and ADR Vol. I part 1 and part 2 have less significant differences for the application of dangerous goods, definitions, and classifications. The reason is that both of the standards are complied with the UN Recommendations of model regulations. However, the method to define the classification for dangerous goods in the ADR is much more clearly and precisely. Wei-Hsin Gau 高維新 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 66 zh-TW
