This research uses the ITIL service to manage formulates a set of appraisal target for the school affairs information system's service, And we joins the PZB pattern to guarantee the service the quality control through the Delphi method expert interview and the questionnaire survey. Afterward using Analytical Hierarchy Process to analysis computation target weight, we also carries on the appraisal to the case school affairs information system, to discover the place which needs to improve and to give the improvement key order of priority. This research in user's questionnaire survey aspect mainly by the student primarily, in the future expected that can improve the field of investigation to expand continually to school affairs information system's all users.
