Summary: | 碩士 === 華梵大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 99 === Facing the managing objectives and competiveness of enterprises, both enterprises and employees should recognize the importance of integrating working skills, knowledge and education trainings. Enterprise training has become an important way to enterprises for its market competiveness, growth and individual development of employees. Enterprise training is the training processes in accordance with functions, stratums and levels of different departments of enterprise. It aims to enhance the growth of employees then to reach the managing targets of the enterprise and let the managing directors realize the performance of the training; moreover, and improve the insufficiency, it provides employees proper feedback as well. Enterprise training system was a circle of training processes, including setting training demand analysis, training design and preparation, training plan implementation and achievement evaluation, therefore to meet the expecting vision of enterprises and employees.
This research utilized the methodologies of CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration CMMI), to study the maturity indices of enterprise training processes and quality planning capability, it’s based on the model of integrating the maturity indices of capabilities to provide crucial processes and the important executing methods to enterprise training units, using Fuzzy Delphi method and AHP to quantify and estimate the weights among indices. As the result of this research, it’s shown that Organizational Process Performance (OPP), Consistency and Organization Training (OT) appear to be most significant.
