Phone manufacturer who play the leading role to see and design fun, user friendly UI, and unique APPs wins the profits and market share. Thus the stability and the quality of the SW development are the successful key factors. Concerning the schedule, cost and quality, to develop the SW with limited resources has been a crucial for each and every phone manufacturer. CMMI has known can effectively improve the overall SW development processes. CMMI ML2 can effectively improve and enhance the capabilities of project planning, monitoring, requirement management, configuration management, process and product quality assurance, measure and analysis, and supplier agreement management as well. In this thesis, the study is based on COSMO Corporation to analyze the company that implement CMMI ML2 may go through. It’s including pre-arrangement, process improvement and implementation, system establishment, possible difficulties and countermeasures, the evaluations of efficiency and effectiveness, summarizing the conclusion and coming out below suggestions to the industry. The enterprises are willing to deploying the methodology of CMMI must have strong and solid faith to implement with the understanding of their own organization culture, property of the project as well as product lifecycle. They come out the proper process that fit well the organization. And the process re-engineering shall generate the related process templates and tools to facilitate the execution of the whole processes, and impart the necessary trainings to the related members.
