In Interview, The gender of Interview’s performance between assertive strategy and defensive strategy to Interview’s Evaluation of interaction . The data were collected from the Fu Jen Catholic University students. The students were assign to see eight short films of strategies, showing electronic resume with computers. The study income shows that three factor Experimental design take three aspects: Job motive, social interaction, professional competence and by three- way MANOVA analyze. The study realized that assertive strategy and defensive strategy and gender had interaction between Interview’s job motive; assertive strategy and gender had interaction between professional competence; assertive strategy had interaction between social interaction; gender had interaction between social interaction.
