The study compared the opinions and attitudes toward the purpose of applying for AACSB accreditation, developing policies for applying for AACSB accreditation, making rearrangement in human resources for applying for AACSB accreditation, establishing any faculty reward system to encourage faculty to improve their academic contributions, getting more internationalized after gaining the AACSB accreditation and realizing the importance of impact items like institutional mission, faculty professional development, financial resources, curriculum reform and student learning outcomes with gaining international accreditation in the three schools in charge of the three business schools’ deans and two international well-known scholars. The study adopted qualitive research methods including the interview by e-mail and phone call and documentary analysis to analyze the current situation and problems encountered by three business schools in Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan selected as research subjects. There are several findings: 1. The influence of international accreditation on higher education in Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan gets more and more important. 2. The three cases of business schools in Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan have been influenced by gaining international accreditation gradually. 3.
