| Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 織品服裝學系 === 99 === With the Hollywood movie culture occupying into the Taiwan movie theater, American style gradually affect the fashion style in movie and rapidly become a kind of POP culture. “Sex and the City” is obviously an illustration. The story based on four females：Carrie Bradshaw, Charlotte York, Samantha Jones and Miranda Hobbes with different characters and got tremendous respond.
The study observes the relatedness between Western Hollywood drama movie and fashion style from various ages. And based on analyzing “Sex and the City” four females characters and fashion style with female image, using photographing and interviewing into Taipei city with field observation.
The conclusion based on 75 dates analyzing, “Sex and the City” four females characters female image doesn’t affect Taipei city female fashion style obviously. In addition, Taipei city female fashion style affected by self-casual stytle and Japanese, Korean TV drama more. The result may due to different cultural and environmental factors.
