They make choices according to their personal reasons and environmental impacts. Due to the personal preferences and the impact of environmental impact, job choice is different for every single person. The same reason also makes the gap of supply and demand of human resource among cities. This study explores the differences of job decision for voluntary and involuntary unemployment people upon different criteria.   The study retrieves secondary data from Public Employment Service Institutes of Taoyuan-Hsinchu-Miaoli Region between 2007 and 2008. By applying clustering analysis to post-processed data, a comparison is made to explore differences among the groups.   The outcome shows that involuntary employment people tend to be younger and more willing to take fundamental jobs. For job seekers in the same identity category of year 2008 are more willing to take jobs with larger variety. A substantial gap exists between the supply side and the demand side.
