| Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 99 === With the increase of health awareness, Internet becomes one of the most important approaches to obtain the healthcare information. There are about one hundred thousand healthcare information websites on the global. The medical information that people search is usually about the disease prevention, diagnosis, medication, and treatment on the internet.
The demands of using internet to obtain the information of medical services, clinic hours and medical specialists are getting more and more. However, the hospital systems did not integrate yet, so people frequently can’t find the suitable hospitals and doctors for themselves. For this tremendous medical demand, the internet service provider started to develop the recommendation mechanism, like the SuggestaDoctor.com in America and the kingnet.com.tw in Taiwan.
Respecting the development of recommendation mechanism of internet website in domestic and other countries, if this research can combine with the information of every hospitals and use its clinic services, emergency, registration and medical resource on the internet, it could provide the specialties search and clinic timetables recommend for the cross-hospital on the internet, let the patients could efficiently find the appropriate hospital.
There are two results of this study:
1. Proposing the model and framework of the E.N.T. department Recommendation Mechanism of Internet Health-Care website which integrate the clinic hour, Doctor Expertise and Medical Specialists classification.
2. Directing the doctor's expertise of E.N.T. department of eight Medical Centers, construct the five categories of doctor’s specialties and the disease lists. The disease lists can use the Web Crawler retrieve the new data from every hospitals every months to update the Recommendation Mechanism of Internet Health-Care Websites on Hospital Clinic quickly.
This research is according to the Taiwan’s medical circumstance to develop the technique of the Recommendation Mechanism of Internet Health-Care website. We expect to enhance the efficiency and quality of information access and help the patients who look for the medical information.
