Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 99 === For the performance management model derived from ‘project management methodology’, a case study sample from software industry in cloud computing (CC) is first adopted, explored and analyzed for explaining the effects of a new model on performance evaluation in this research. A good methodology can tells one what one has to do, to manage one’s projects from start to finish. Based on earlier research, several alternatives from a multi-objective dispatching model for human resources and project management were obtained under various scenarios in this research. Then, a comprehensive appraisal took into account both monetary impacts and non-monetary criteria of a selection problem. It means that composite decision (e.g., cost, time, scope, risk, quality, human resources, etc.) support based on combining cost-benefit analysis (CBA) with multicriteria decision analysis (MCDA) for the assessment of economic as well as performance impacts within software projects of exploratory CC applications can be presented on platform of this study.
In fact, after finishing survey and its data analysis of software industry, the main purpose of this research is effectively making use of ‘project management methodology’ and earlier research to offer the optimal alternatives from customer’s feedback, satisfied responses, project’s success, etc., such that perfect and plenteous results can be obtained for decision makers. Finally, empirical evidences from service platform and its decision support system imply that an optimal decision can reduce any kind of cost and thus enhance the whole effectiveness and customer’s satisfaction. It also can explain every step in the project development deeply, so one knows exactly which tasks to complete, when and how. Whether one is an expert or a novice, it can help one complete tasks faster than before.
