| Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 管理學院經營管理碩士學程 === 99 === Now the health care industry will be faced by the two major problems: chronic disease of the elderly population of derivative problems, uneven health care in remote areas causing increased mortality. The traditional medical services have not control behavior patterns to reduce these two values, health care model must be updated.
As information technology advances, manufacturers provide accompanying measures to assist hospitals, medical practices and this combined with the original mix of complementary measures (such as: diabetes & hypertension got the blood pressure and blood glucose at home, and then through the cable or the value Wireless network uploaded to the site), has been gradually changing the current health care industry's business model, non-specific products for the business of the spindle, but rather to develop integrated systems for the sustainable development of future business objectives.
This study collected through literature analysis of depth interviews with experts, on the case through the company's data collection and research, organize the application of telemedical care, discussed the current implementation of the model industry conditions and company through in-depth case approach, understand their business model, and the results of this study was to compare the conditions, citing the case of the company is facing problems, with the hope that the case company and its industrial development proposals.
