Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 會計學系碩士班 === 99 === The goal of this study is taking a domestic bank as a research case to explore financial industry structure status quo, the trend and features of Taiwan’s financial industry, and how the case bank applies its resources and policy planning and develops a stable operatiing niche under highly competitive environment in the post-financial tsunami era. The research methods of this study include the five forces analysis, SWOT analysis, and CAMEL index analysis.
This study finds the unfavorable factors of the case bank are as follows: 1. Deficiency of product innovation and R&D; 2.Deficiency of internationalization; 3. High product and competition strategy homogeneity; 4. Continuous spread reduction. As for the unfavorable factors of the case bank, this study proposes several remedies for it: 1. searching for different industry alliance opportunity and adjusting financial innovation ability; 2. taking the westbound policy advantage and establishing the overseas market niche; 3. via good brand image to design new financial commodities of superior quality and enter professional wealth management market.
