Because the West since Plato has divided the world into the world of Ideas and the world of phenomena. The former is eternal, it is real, and the latter is changeable, it is not true. He believes that true Being is real though it is changeable, but instead is living but also the most real thing. Heidegger to create a " the oblivion of Being ", a term to describe this. In Heidegger, the so-called " world of Ideas " are in fact leave "Being" from the definition of Being. In view of this, his main job is to lead us from the situation of " the oblivion of Being " back to the embrace of Being. Why true Being is living but also the most true? Because true Being is in time, and time is always changeable. Being and Time, the most important book on the subject illustrate this point. This paper attempts from Heidegger s’ “The Origin of the Work of Art ” to discuss what is the true Being. Because when works of art are not used for the purpose of practicality, the true Being will be revealed as the most real. In other words, the truth of Being will be present. Otherwise, Being would be obscured in the “cover” state. True Being is a Being in the state of “off-cover”, however, the culture of science and technology or technology people led astray, thinking mistakenly that technology can dominate everything. In fact, technology is a kind of rigid cultural thing, the true Being is completely gone ! Heidegger believes that the rescue of the danger of modern technology must grow from the field of poetical states. The main thrust of this paper to map highlights two points, first of all, Heidegger expounded by the works of art to critique of technological culture, in addition to highlighting the " the oblivion of Being," the harm, but also for today's environmental ethics have also been carried out inspiration. Heidegger's later works, there are a lot of space dealt with modern technology and its impact on human life. Therefore, some advocates of environmental ethics as Heidegger put a pioneer in environmental ethics, and strive to tap the practicality of Heidegger's thought, to seek theoretical support for environmental ethics.
