The findings show that the degree of foreign presence, size, liquidity, turnover rate of total capita and foreign direct investment have positive and significant impacts on the corporate performance. The main variables foreign direct investment does improve the company''s performance at different quantiles.This study confirmed that foreign direct investment inward has boosted the development of performance in Taiwan’s manufacturing industry, so government should formulate relevant policies to attract foreign direct investment.
