The results indicated that the telecommunications industry, customer service training to strengthen the practical courses as a priority in order to trigger the design and planning, employee motivation, training will be allow to play good results. In this study, DEMATEL tools to analyze, to understand the effectiveness of multi-criteria impact of the training and provide reference to the telecommunications industry as a training plan to help the telecommunications industry to provide better customer service, improve the service.
