The people take its function gradually regarding the family accessories and artistic, especially furniture''s change is changed beyond recognition. This research base on the industrial environment and the overall environment analysis, same business''s successful case analysis compares, in addition, visiting field and scholar to furniture industry brand establishment related important attribute and influence. Proposed that the object of study - “the case” takes the comparison; Then the coordinate content and the step collection correlation data, reorganizes, the principle in view of the brand establishment pertinent data to leave the method, the hypothesis goal, to schedule the strategy, based on the goal and the strategy finally, further carries out the detail, then achieves the goal. Using the academic attainments source, the core competencies, the goal strategy choice, how does the product differentiate in the market. How to choose the target market, product in market location. How to discover company''s competitive advantage and inferiority, make the strategy localization. Creates the value, rallying company''s future, the organization strengthens, conformity each unit.
