The only way out is non-stop innovation to slow down the others, win over the attention in the globalized market.The key points of innovation are reinforcing professional techniques, modernized leadership and innovative ideas. Only by upgrading the innovation ability, they can compete in the globalized market. In this thesis, my research will present the reasons of how the Taiwanese machine tool and accessory manufacturers use their innovation capability to gain their competitive advantages in the globalized market. This case study is based on the theories of innovation, capability of innovation, and competitive advantages combined with Dr. Michael E. Porter’s five competitive forces, theories of cost leadership, differentiation, focus strategy, and value chain. The summary of the a Company’s improvement of product’s quality, efficiency, manufacturing cost-down, and overall revenue gains after the Company executing their innovation strategies which are reinforcing professional techniques, modernized leadership and innovative ideas, its method could be references for the relative industry in the future.
