One of the types is Source Follower Mode Architecture LDD, and another one is Combination Switch Mode Architecture LDD. Source Follower Mode Architecture LDD includes two portions. One of them is Operation Amplifier, and the other one is signal control switch and amplifier driving current circuit. The LDD is designed and implemented in 0.35um 5V CMOS technology and the output driving current is 200mA. The rising time is 0.6ns and the falling is 0.3ns. The chip size is 1.1*0.94mm2. Combination Switch Mode Architecture LDD includes two portions. One of them is current source of Iref, and the other one is signal control switch and amplifier driving current circuit. The LDD is designed and implemented in 0.35um 5V CMOS technology and the output driving current is 200mA. The rising time is 0.2ns and the falling is 0.2ns. The chip size is 1.1*0.94mm2.
