Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 資訊電機工程碩士在職專班 === 99 === In recent years, RFID technology has been used in many applications, such as access control, healthcare, logistics management, library, etc. Car manufacturing production due to the current supply chain, auto parts complex, making the automotive industry developed the “System of Central-Satellite Factory” production model. In this model, the automobile factory is the center to support car manufacturers of components as the satellite factories. However, auto parts manufacturers must rely on the support of business, therefore, companies must pay a huge cost of co-ordination mechanism. When the car manufacturer’s supply chain is extended, the factory space planning, work flow, inventory management, and other components will be affected, resulting in land, labor and capital costs. This study will be based on EPCglobal Network infrastructure, to apply in car manufacturing process, for example to explore how to design the ALE, how to extract from the environment EPCIS events. The goal is to design a car manufacturing process, to reduce human resource needs, reducing the cost of transport companies to improve management efficiency.
