Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 資訊電機工程碩士在職專班 === 99 === The main objective of this research is to study the transmitter and receiver module on ISM frequency. The module transmits audio-visual signals, which can be applied to AV senders and baby monitors. The module needs to meet the requirement of the European Standards for telecommunications (EN 300 440) in terms of transmitter main frequency and the radiation power of unnecessary noise in normal working condition. The study focuses on discussing the modulation circuit, power amplifier and up-conversion current of the transmitter. The study adopted the Simulation software to make an electrical circuit simulation to complete the transmitter and receiver module. The main frequency power of the transmitter is 12.79dBm while the receiver sensitivity of the receiver is -79dBm, below the benchmark at 20dBm for E.I.R.P.(Equivalent isotropically radiated power)as required by EN 300 440. The distance test also show that the transmitter and receiver module work even when 210 meters apart, longer than the standard distance of 150 meters.
