In order to be in the consumer''s good graces and recognition of quality of service, it is a short cut to achieve a win-win way with businesses and consumers that is to integrate the cable network management systems and dispatching maintenance of process. This paper presents a network management support system (Network Management Support System,NMSS) that is suitable for HFC ( Hybrid Fiber Coaxial) network, to monitor the major equipment and components of the network and when detected abnormal situation. The malfunction alert is alerted by the Web Service API send to Helpdesk work-order processing system, to combine of obstacles with processes, and using the Cable Modem of the HFC network to be a minimum monitoring points, then to integrate Google Maps, when the regional disconnection or breakdown happen, the fault area can be find quickly and precisely, Finally, the actual operation of a cable TV operators to implement the system and to verify the arguments of upgrading our service quality. none 蘇宗安 2011 學位論文 ; thesis 57 zh-TW |
