During the last several decades, there has been a rapid growth of E-Commerce due to the development of information technology, and there''s a tremendous wave of brand new internet commercial operation model such as YouTube, Flicker, and Face book. As a result, the business model of Peer to Peer(P2P) was presented and has become a new trend. However, in a pragmatic way, as the scale of the operation increased, so does the demand for technology and the construction cost; one of them is the expensive network traffic fee. Thanks to rapid development of broadband network, which the latest investigation of FTTH Council noted that Taiwan is the fourth place in fiber-optic communication popular rate, on a basis of this, if we utilize P2P technique to reduce the cost of network traffic, the techniques and the building costs of the system needs will not highly arise as the scale of the operation enlarge. In this research, we use eD2k link technique to identify music files in our P2P music website to perform music file transferring. Control bandwidth of music broadcast streaming by P2P technique to reduce network traffic. In this website, in order to keep sender''s non-repudiation from counterfeiter then hazarding sender''s right, we combine RSA encryption algorithm and let sender hold private key as electronic signature, in the same time, also provide public keys to confirm who sender is.
