Professional baseball include a lot of entertainments and commercial, for example peripheral commodity, television broadcast and so on, when the professional baseball involves commercial, in order to maintain the transaction order, we should keep in balance, due to the professional sports are widespread, and includes the commercial, also related with market competition, therefore to regulate economy market order, It is subject to the fair trade law. This article showed that legal natures and the status between the players and teems and the league, and then discuss the relationship in law, to decided what law will be subject to, and aims behavior of the professional baseball league and teems to examines legitimacy under fair trade law. The scope of league under fair trade law, and discuss the behavior of league under fair trade law. And then discuss the contract between teems and the player, teems probably involves cartel behavior and unfair competition under the fair trade law, include the agreement between two teems, the higher salary to induce player of other teems and gambling.
