This article showed that legal natures and the status between the players and teems and the league, and then discuss the relationship in law, to decided what law will be subject to, and aims behavior of the professional baseball league and teems to examines legitimacy under fair trade law. The scope of league under fair trade law, and discuss the behavior of league under fair trade law.
