Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 科技管理研究所 === 99 === Taiwan is a country depending on external materials to produce energy. However, in the recent years, because of the natural disaster increasing, the effect of greenhouse growing and the primary energy on the earth reducing, Taiwan is actively developing the self-sufficient energy, named Green Energy. According to the formulation conducted by Taiwan’s Energy Bureau of Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), the present green energy industry is divided into two kinds. The first kind is for the main force industries, such as the solar energy industry, LED illumination industry and electro-optic industry; the second kind is the general potential industries, such as the wind power generation industry, fresh nature fuel industry, hydrogen fuel cell industry, energy industry, energy information communication industry, and electric vehicle industry. This research explores the decision making in the green energy industry while deciding the willingness of getting new technology and analyzes the major effects and relations between the influencing factors. Because of abundant domestic researches focused on areas of decision makings, especially in the areas of inter-firm or intra-firm decision makings, few researches tentitively focuses on the viewpoint of overall industry''s external environment. Therefore, this research focuses on the external environmental factors and divides the influential factors into four dimensions of technical environment, policy environment, demand environment, and industrial environment. This research adopts the research method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to obtain the weights of each major factor and sub-factor. After obtaining the weights, the method of fuzzy logic inference is continuously adopted in this research to analyze the 3D fuzzy surfaces and concludes 18 results based on the fuzzy analysis. In order to pursue more accurate results, a second-stage questionnaire survey is ultilized to precisely measure the accuracy of the 18 results. The results of factor weights show that the policy environment (33.7%) is the highest weight, and 29.4%, 19.3%, and 17.6% are for the weights of demand environment, industrial environment, and technical environment, respectively. The results obtained from the second-stage questionnaire survey show that 17 out of 18 results reveal significant level. Finally this research finds that the market occupation is considerately important than the market differentiation. Also, the product acceptability and development in foreign markets are the green energy industry that should take into account in the future.
