Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 自動控制工程所 === 99 === The collimated optoelectronic microsensors and multi-dimensional sensing arrays are designed and developed with novel shadow filter packages. Some experiments are related to the subjects of incident angle, light source distance, effective sensing area, and beam intensity that are performed to evaluate the feasibility of developed microsensors. In order to accurately detect incident sunlight elevation and azimuth, a maximum power tracking system is developed conducting the automatic tracking function by feedback control technique. The maximum incident solar power keeps collimated solar energy collection with the best long-term photovoltaic energy conversion efficiency. An intelligent two-axis dynamic solar tracking apparatus is also developed. These measurements show that the developed tracking system produces more energy collection up to 35.19 % with better performance than the fixed solar system. The system promotes energy collection up to 7.28 % to compare same sensors without collimated masks.
