Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 化學工程學所 === 99 === In this study, various oligomer were synthesized and used as ink composition to make micropatterns by the ink-jet process. UV curable segments and alkoxylsilane segments were grafted on the main chain of polyimide to make the dual-functional oligomer. The dispersing stability, rheology, and compatibility of the inks containing the oligomers were evaluated. The jetting stability, and jetting trajectory were investigated by a high-speed drop observation system. The printing precision, dot-size uniformity, and color density were monitored by the printed dot-array test patterns. The printed dot-array patterns were immersed in γ-butyrolactone to investigate the chemical resistance of the patterns. The hardness was evaluated by the nanoindentation test. Three kinds of materials were studied. The first is the polyimide oligomers with different molecular weight. The second is the dual-functional polyimide oligomer with UV-curable segments and alkoxylsilane segment on the side chains. Based on the concept of organic-inorganic hybrid materials, the chemical resistance, mechanical properties and adhesion with glass substrate were enhanced. Its influence on the jetting performance was also studied. The third is the dual functional monomer with UV-curable and alkoxylsilane segments. The printed patterns were UV-cured immediately after printing or UV-cured after being placed for 2 days.
