Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 公共政策所 === 99 === The study aims to understand current situations of distributed leadership and health of organization in junior high schools, investigate the differences in distributed leadership and health of organization by discussing the relationships between distributed leadership and health of organization, and furthermore forecast analysis of distributed leadership toward health of organization.
The object is public junior high school teachers in Taichung city. The instrument is “Questionnaire on Distributed Leadership and Health of Organization in junior high schools”. 598 valid samples were collected under formal testing. Data analysis was conducted by descriptive statistic, independent-samples test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Important findings of the study were as followed:
1.Junior high school teachers’ perception of distributed leadership is above average.
2.Junior high school teachers’ perception of health of organization is above average.
3.With diverse genders, ages, posts, years of experience and school scales, junior high school teachers’ perception of distributed leadership is significantly different.
4.With diverse genders, ages, posts, years of experience and school scales, junior high school teachers’ perception of health of organization are significantly different.
5.Distributed leadership is positively related to health of organization in junior high schools.
6. Of diverse levels, distributed leadership performs differently as a whole and as a segment in health of organization.
7.Distributed leadership can effectively forecast health of organization.
Finally, suggestions based on the findings above were made as references for educational administrative organizations, educators in junior high school and future researchers.
