And how to upgrade the yield rate of the LGP is becoming very significant research. People in industry have often used the improving procedure of QC-Story、8D and 6σ to resolve many issues. Even though these methods are pretty good, the trend of the life cycle of the product is becoming shorter and shorter. And profits are from the market which abbreviates the selling time of the product. So first, this research compare with difference and similarities in 3 methodologies. Via choosing merit and abbreviating time, using the principles of Elimination、Simplification、Combination and Rearrangement and developing a new improving method of 5C (Characterize、Check、Cause、Corrective Action、Close).It can find out the key point of the issue and immediately resolving issues that each one suffers.
