The economics grows very fast in China, and it gathers so much fortune. Many corporations in Taiwan are also stretching their business development into Mainland China because those business people do believe they have advantages than other foreign investments such as the similar identification of language, culture, and working values. However, those corporations do not hire many local employees as middle or higher-level managers while they are really doing business in China. Actually, they found that employees do have different working values and thoughts which mark corporations have to adapt their human resource policies. This study questionnaire, to understand two sides workers and management work values, job satisfaction, organizational management and organizational commitment and identification part of the difference, and using the program SPSS statistical analysis as a tool. The results of this study point out: 1. The values, the Continental staff to enhance the "present" life as the main aspirations of the Taiwanese people are seriously "Future", hoping to improve future training and promotion of quality of life. 2. By the organization and management, and organizational commitment and identification section can be seen, although the preferred management model management system in Taiwan degrees, but the company''s management system also does not meet the standards of Taiwanese managers, which means room for improvement still too many. 3. Returned questionnaires, the work values and satisfaction in the part of the income and welfare is the answer to each other contradictory to the effect that the intervention of social approval, so the cause of this result. 4. Employees work input is an important indicator of effectiveness of the company, the selection of personnel to test the employee should investment in the job and dedication is truly effective method to help organizations improve their performance. 5. Management system and organizational commitment to employees and turnover tend to have a significant impact, that is, to strengthen and improve the business if the current management system should be able to improve work attitude employees, and reduce personnel turnover intention.
