In the past, abundant colonial history in Taiwan and the experience of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for a long time cause a lot of types of dolls appearing in Taiwan. Because of this, Taiwan is really hard to find the native and self-culture dolls. Found in the literature during the study with the characteristics of local cultural “Hsianle Lane #1 Textile Workshop" dolls designed Products for this brand shown by the native spirit and successful business model, the analysis and explanation are listed clearly in the text. "Hsianle Lane #1 Textile Workshop " closed on September 21, 2007, so besides clear description on industry’s history and business details, it is more important to explore the reasons for closing and the degree analysis of linking native culture. And cited two existing local cultural industries: "Y-mu dyeingshop, ""Meining Workshop "for case comparison.
