| Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 99 === As the leisure time of citizens increase, people’s demand for sport facilities has been growing essentially in the recent years. Changhua County Stadium is one of the main places for public sports leisure in the county. This research aims to explore the level of importance and the degree of satisfaction for the citizens who use the stadium.
Questionnaires were distributed to 250 citizens who often exercise in the Changhua County Stadium, and 235 Questionnaires were returned. With SPSS, statistical analysis methods have been applied in the returned questionnaire data, including descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, ANOVA and IPA analysis. The results are as follows:
First, what the citizen care most about Changhua County Stadium are its sports facilities, followed by the cleaning and maintenance, the operation and management of the stadium, ancillary facilities and the convenience. Meanwhile, things that citizens feel satisfied with are, listed in declining degree, the convenience, auxiliary facilities, sports facilities, the cleaning and maintenance. By contrast, they complain most about operation and management.
Second, Changhua County Stadium is equally important for citizens, regardless of their age, education background, profession, income level, and their motivations. The type of the sports field does not affect their satisfaction, either. Besides, females care more about the operation and management of the stadium than males do. Moreover, the married pay more attention to its cleaning and maintenance.
Third, there is no significant difference in satisfaction toward the sports facilities of Changhua County Stadium among citizens with different gender, education background, and profession. However, citizens’ age, marital status, income level, sport motivation, and the type of the sports field would affect the users’ satisfaction.
Fourth, projects that need to be improved in Changhua County Stadium include: the cleaning work, the maintenance of the facilities, the supply of emergency medical care, the convenience of getting water, and food and the setting of warning labels.
