The moderating effects of emotional labor between the Influence of participating motivations and selection of studying intention. The moderating effects of emotional labor between the Influence of school environment factors and selection of studying intention. The convenience sampling method was used to collect the preliminary data from the teachers in elementary of University of Central in Taiwan. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed, 339 valid questionnaires were collected, comprising the validity response rate of 84.75%. Regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The research results were list as follow:(1)Learning regulations has a significantly positive influence on emotional labor.(2)Emotional labors has a significant moderating effects between interest and achievement on Selection of studying intention. (3)Emotional labors has a significant moderating effects between vocational progress on selection of studying intention. (4)Emotional labors has a significant moderating effects between escape/stimulation on selection of studying intention.(5)Emotional labors has a significant moderating effects between school reputation on selection of studying intention.(6)Emotional labors has a significant moderating effects between Ease of entry on selection of studying intention.
