Then the expensive whiteboard can be more convenient to use , and this will have the higher utilization rates. This study adopts the questionnaire survey method to collect and analyze data. Questionnaire of survey based on Decomposed Theory of Planned Behavior . The conclusions were as follows: (1) The attitude and perceived behavioral control had the direct influence to the behavior intention. (2) The perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and compatibility had direct influence to the attitude and indirect influence behavior intention. (3) The peer influence and supervisor influence had the direct influence to the subjective norm. (4) The self-efficacy,facilitating conditions and technology facilitating conditions had the direct influence to the perceived behavioral control and indirect influence to behavior intention.
