The sample frame is based on the healthcare employees of the medicine center and the region hospital primarily. Convenience sampling was used to conduct the survey for this research, 600 questionnaires were distributed and 397 of them were returned. The valid response rate is around 73.1%. Descriptive statistics, test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffecomparative method, Pearson’s product moment correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The research findings are: 1.All aspects of work stress have significant positive effects on aspects of stress coping needs. 2.All aspects of stress coping needs have partial significant positive effects on aspects of leisure participation . 3.All aspects of work stress have partial significant positive effects on aspects of leisure participation . 4.The aspect of emotion-focused needs has a mediation effect on the aspect of anxiety stress and the aspect of social activity.
