Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 99 === This research is aim at investigating the new transformational leadership, organizational climate and job satisfaction. The objects of this study are the elementary school teachers in Changhua County. The questionnaire is the main tool for this study. The questionnaires were filled out and 531 valid copies were collected and studied. Data from the valid questionnaires were analyzed with the statistical software SPSS12.0 and through several techniques such as descriptive analysis, reliability and validity analysis, Pearson of correlation, and regression analysis. The main findings of this research are as follows:
1. Among the new transformational leadership, excitation potential and team building have significantly positive influences organizational climate of teacher input type.
2. Among the new transformational leadership, create a vision has significantly negative influences organizational climate of eccentric teacher
3. The organizational climate of teacher input type has significantly positive influences job satisfaction.
4. The organizational climate of eccentric has significantly negative influences job satisfaction.
5. Among the new transformational leadership, excitation potential, team building has significantly positive influences job satisfaction.
