The objects of this study were aimed at 800 elementary school students in Taiwan, and the questionnaires of the leadership behaviors of elementary school tchoukball coaches, organizational commitment and satisfaction of players were used as the research tool. Of the 800 copies of questionnaires, 664 complete responses were obtained, and the valid rate is 83%. The findings of the research are shown as follows: The feeling of the elementary school tchoukball players to the leadership of coaches’ actual behavior can be divided into “Training and instruction behavior”, “Social Support”, “Positive Feedback”, “Democratic behavior” and “Autocratic behavior.” Coach leadership behavior, organizational commitment and satisfaction showed a significant correlation. Most of the behaviors showed a significant positive correlation toward organizational commitment and satisfaction except “Autocratic behavior”. In the aspect of prediction, “Training and instruction behavior”, “Social Support” and “Positive Feedback” have a significant positive effective prediction to organizational commitment and satisfaction while “Autocratic behavior” shows a negative effective prediction to “The tendency to stay.” In the aspect of interference, “Training and instruction behavior” shows significant positive influence to “Team Identity” by the interference in satisfaction. “Democratic behavior” shows significant positive influence to organizational commitment by interference in satisfaction. “Autocratic behavior” also shows positive influence to “Diligent wish” and “The tendency to stay” by interference in satisfaction. Finally, the findings and implications related to management would be further discussed, and concrete contribution and suggestion to coaches, sports relevant administration organization and subsequent researches would be provided as well.
