It brought the issue that continue to increase all aspects of attention by scholars, whose main objective is to help companies to manage the work of foreign workers.The introduction are about the domestic society and the impact of various adverse effects. In this study, particularly on human resources on the perspectives of business and labor relations in foreign workers on the negative behavior. In addition, foreign workers are different from the values of national culture in China, so in the management of foreign workers should pay special attention to cross-cultural factors, This research specifically on the labor relations of enterprises with foreign workers associated with negative behavior of firms and labor relations in enterprises. The interaction and cross-cultural values are on the negative behavior of foreign workers. Using questionnaires to domestic manufacturing employment of foreign worker is in this study. The results showed: 1. foreign workers can not affect labor relations in a negative behavior. 2. to humanitarian approach to foreign workers, the labor relations act will have a more significant negative positive effect. 3. the instrumental approach to foreign workers, the labor relations act will have a more significant negative positive effect.
