Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 99 === The main purposes of this study are to probe into the relationship among Innovation acceptance, job stress, and employee’s resistant behaviors, using job stress of teachers as intermediary variable to further test the intermediary effect of the innovation acceptance and employee’s resistant behaviors. This study is base on questionnaire survey through the teachers in integrating information technology schools--advance schools in Taichung County. The study uses Regression Analysis to verify assumptions as data analyzing method. There are 4 conclusions of this study: 1.Innovation acceptance has the significant negative influence to job stress. 2.Innovation acceptance has the significant negative influence to employee’s resistant behaviors. 3.Job stress has the significant positive influence to employee’s resistant behaviors. 4.Job Stress has intermediary effect to innovation acceptance and employee’s resistant behaviors. So this research can be suggestion for elementary teachers, coherent units of education who are devoted to integrate information technology teaching and be the reference material for any further research in the future.
