Because of different culture, the foreign workers always have the problems of adapting the culture in Taiwan and that makes them get low working achievement. The purpose of this study is to exam the relationship among cultural intelligence, cross-cultural adjustment , and job involvement and to provide the enterprises the references to foreign workers and to do cross-cultural management. This study is based on questionnaire survey through foreign workers of Philippines in the Central Taiwan Science Park. 526 valid questionnaires were gathered and put into the analysis. We conclude 4 major results of this study as follows:(1)Cultural intelligence is significant positively related to cross- cultural adjustment.(2)Cross- cultural adjustment is significant positively related to job involvement.(3)Cultural intelligence is significant positively related to job involvement.(4)Cross-adjustment has intermediary effect to cultural intelligence and job involvement.
