碩士 === 大葉大學 === 工學院碩士在職專班 === 99 === The current paper aims to explore the regular conditions of leisure sports participation and leisure attitude of the junior high school teachers in Changhua County, striving to provide research results for the organizations concerned as consulting reference in the promotion of activities or the development of leisure sports industry in the future. Meanwhile, the paper aims to awaken the awareness of junior high school teachers in the importance of leisure sports, so they may in turn put in efforts in passing on such ideas through teaching to motivate students the importance of leisure sports. The paper chooses the teachers of public junior high school of Changhua County as research subjects, and adopts a random sampling, with 310 effective samples and 292 effective return copies. The content of a questionnaire contains three parts:personal information, leisure sports participation and leisure attitude measure. With the research tool SPSS12.0,the questionnaire is analyzed through descriptive statistics, t-test, One-Way ANOVA and Pearson's product-moment correlation. Research results indicate that most teachers who regularly join in leisure sports take up sports once a week,thirty minutes to less than an hour per time,sports items comprising walking,hiking,jogging,biking and playing badminton. In the respect of leisure attitude, leisure awareness scores highest. The leisure attitude among junior high school teachers varies immensely from gender,age,position and teaching subject.
