碩士 === 大葉大學 === 休閒事業管理學系碩士班 === 99 === The Relations among Mahjong motivation, Achievement,Stimulation seeking, Interpersonal relationships and Mahjongparticipation behavior In Mahjong participants Student: Yu-Wei Wang Advisor: Prof. Jian-Bin Shi Da-Yeh University A B S T R A C T Mahjong is an ancient Chinese game, is the quintessence, in recent years in the development of Mahjong as young people, students, community and leisure activities of the elderly, therefore, this study is based on mahjong-loving participants in the study, to explore "Mahjong participation motivation, "" sense of accomplishment, "" stimulus seeking "," interpersonal "relationship between the participation behavior of Mahjong. Adopted convenience sampling and snowball sampling participants for the study to Mahjong, a total of 320 questionnaires issued, 302 questionnaires were usable. Mahjong participants in this study as "male" majority; the age of "21-25 years" mainly; their level of education to "university" based; working background in the "student" oriented; in the frequency of "once a week to 2 days "at most; licensing age to" more than 1 year to 3 years' maximum; Board size to "20/50" majority. Hypothesis testing results are summarized as follows: 1. Mahjong Mahjong involved in motivation and behavior were significantly related, which "eliminate worry about boredom," the most relevant 2. Sense of accomplishment and participation behavior were significantly related to Mahjong, in which "mastery of competition" in the most relevant. 3. Seek to stimulate participation and behavior were significantly related to Mahjong, in which the "anti-suppression" of the most relevant. 4. Participate in interpersonal relationships and behavior were significantly related to Mahjong, in which "family" of the most relevant. 5. Mahjong and Mahjong relationships were significantly related to participation behavior, which "intimate disclosures" is relevant. 6. Mahjong motivation, achievement, stimulation seeking, interpersonal behavior of mahjong in a significant predictive power, the total force measurement up to 46.9%, which "eliminate worry about boredom," 30.9% of the maximum. Study results are discussed and put forward relevant proposals to provide for future mahjong-loving person, government agencies and related industry business administrator of the reference and the proposed follow-up researchers.
