But the solar energy can not be used in the absence of the sun, and in order to produce hydrogen, the method of electrolyzing water will consume additional resources on the earth. The program of hydrogen production by water electrolysis is required the extra electric power supply, and the 2/3 cost of hydrogen production coming from the electric power supply. The pollution problem of water electrolysis is from the electric power supply, because use the fossil fuel to generate electricity, we will produce the large amount of CO2 and caused greenhouse gases increase. This study we use the easy and nature method to get hydrogen and can not pollute our environment. Therefore, using solar energy to electrolyze water and get hydrogen production, we will not produce harmful substances and pollute the environment during the hydrogen production process, and can store green energy effectively, and can also be used the stored energy as no sun or indoor. In the study, use the solar energy to as a power source, and transfer the solar energy into hydrogen energy and store this energy in hydrogen fuel cell. The study uses Taguchi orthogonal table to simplify the number of experiments, and record the time of using hydrogen energy, then changes different parameter as solar illumination, solar cell power, electrolysis time, electrolyte composition. Finally, we use Taguchi method to analyze the experiment result, and find the best efficiency parameters of energy transformation by analyzing results.After finished experiment, we found that the best combination factors of energy transformation are strong solar illumination, large solar panel power, long electrolysis time, the neutral composition of water (PH = 7.0), and the result of experiment was also verified is correct. After experiments verified shows the selected factors and levels are appropriate, and also have a significant impact in this experiment. The solar cell combine with hydrogen energy to store the energy, hydrogen energy can make up part of solar energy, then green energy has more further development.
