So, the government also strengthens the technical and vocational education system to integrate and use of resources actively, and through technical and vocational colleges and corporate of industrial cooperation to teaching resource sharing. Nowadays, the government not only opens the insurance, bank, and securities to cross-industry operating, but also let the enterprises to raise the demand of insurance and finance professional.
Many of the technical and vocational colleges use the “Practice system“, through the training courses and will be practical experience into the teaching in the industry, the more research to promote bilateral exchanges and cooperation in industry and academia to increase the competitiveness of each other. The enterprise because of the different positions and business properties, the required capacity is different. Therefore, enterprises for the construction of core competency have become trend, “core competency “will become most important talent in the future. The study understands the students participating practice courses different before and after the performance of core competency.
