The present research related to the thinking ability of creativity focuses on the influences of individual creativity’s effects, organization’s performance and the decision quality the decision quality. Nonetheless, the information is still limited because we’re not sure whether the discipline stated above can bring trainees other meaning or benefit. In order to make our study subjects have experiences of using CSS with profundity to enforce groups’ missions, our research implemented a “trans-school fictitious creativity competition” for 4 months. The missions of the competition were carrying out the denomination, creating slogans for patent products and making marketing schemes for a wine village’s blog. After the competition, we applied Means-end Chains and deeply interviewed 60 participators from different universities by using soft laddering. Our purpose was to probe into the feedbacks from those interviewees’ experiences after they used Creativity Support System. The research demonstrates 2 remarkable results. First, the training models of competition which were inserted CSS give users 10 kinds of valuable elements. Of all the elements, senses of joy, responsibility, achievement and showing oneself are the most important value. Besides, there’re 12 methods and the consequence indicates that there’re 4 most important methods, stirring up new ideas, promoting the efficiency of working, changing thinking and expressing opinions. Furthermore, there’re 10 attributes of training; among them, immediateness, recording information, displaying by ways of competition and open platforms are indispensable. Second, Hierarchical Value Map, HVM, can clearly explain how to create all the value stated above for users of CSS, especially in terms of approaches to joy, responsibility, achievement and showing oneself.
